Q: How much does it cost to ship?
A: Shipping charges are only $2.99 per order within the US. It does not matter how many items are in your order. We ship by USPS first class mail. We can also ship by USPS priority mail for a nominal additional charge.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we ship to most countries. International shipping charges are based on weight.
We ship by USPS which provides a tracking number. Parcels to many countries can be tracked by this number - however to some countries it may not be possible to track it. We may at our discretion split your order into 2 or more packages based on weight or bulk.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, excise taxes, and other fees within their home country.
Q: Do you have a minimum order policy?
A: No, we have no minimum order level. You can purchase as much or as little as you like.

A: All orders are generally shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
Orders are shipped by USPS with delivery tracking information. For large value orders a signature may be required at delivery.

Q. How close are the colors shown in your website to the actual product?
A: While we strive to have image colors match as closely as possible to the actual item, the color of any trim or product on this website compared to the actual product may vary due to differences in computer monitor calibrations and software, and as a result of differences in manufacturer's dye lots.
Q: How can I return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of date of invoice.
For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We suggest that you use a traceable carrier that can provide proof of delivery. GlamorAndGlitter is not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Original merchandise must be returned and received by us before refunds can be processed. When your return is received, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the value of the merchandise returned. We do not reimburse the original shipping and handling charge on your invoice unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Returned trims must be in new, original, uncut condition and kept in a smoke free environment.
Trims & Laces that are cut to order - i.e. sold by the yard - cannot be returned.
Personal items such as Bindis cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
Custom and special order items cannot be returned
Upon the receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund of your purchase amount less original shipping and handling fees incurred by us to ship the product to you. We cannot reimburse the original shipping and handling charge on your invoice unless the item was damaged or incorrect.Refunds will be issued in the same form as initially paid.
Q: Is my credit card information safe with you?
A: Yes, it is. We accept credit cards and Paypal for online payments via Paypal's secure Website Payment Processing. We neither see, store, nor can we access your personal account or credit card information.
