Unless otherwise expressly provided on the Site, if you would like to purchase any merchandise or products offered on the Site (collectively, "Products"), your purchase will be governed by the terms of this Purchase Policy.
I. Payment methods and Billing
If you wish to purchase Products at the Site, you must provide valid credit or debit card information on the Site's order form. We currently accept credit card orders through Paypal. We also accept payments in the form of Checks, money orders and international money orders in US Dollars. We reserve the right to cancel any order, any time and for any reason. If your credit or debit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, you shall receive a credit to your card account via Paypal in the amount of the charge. If you have sent a check or money order the instrument must first clear in our bank before the goods are shipped. We will credit payment in the same form that it was received. We will not be responsible (i) for any charges that your card issuer may apply to you as a result of our processing your order, (ii) if your card issuer refuses or fails to authorize payment by you, or (iii) for any delays or non-delivery of Products that may arise due to any validation checks that may be carried out regarding your payment or identification. If your check is returned for insufficient funds or other reasons, you will be liable for all associated bank fees.
II. Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, state, national or international regulations; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance group. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit or debit card has been charged, we will issue a credit in the amount of the charge in the same form that it was received.
III. Order Returns
Please email us at glamorandglitter@yahoo.com before making any returns.
We accept returns within 30 days of date of invoice.
For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We suggest that you use a traceable carrier that can provide proof of delivery. GlamorAndGlitter is not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Original merchandise must be returned and received by us before refunds can be processed. When your return is received, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the value of the merchandise returned. We do not reimburse the original shipping and handling charge on your invoice unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Returned trims must be in new, original, uncut condition and kept in a smoke free environment.
Trims that are cut to order - i.e. sold by the yard - cannot be returned.
Personal items such as Bindis cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
Custom and special order items cannot be returned
Upon the receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund of your purchase amount less original shipping and handling fees incurred by us to ship the product to you. We cannot reimburse the original shipping and handling charge on your invoice unless the item was damaged or incorrect.Refunds will be issued in the same form as initially paid.
IV. Shipping and Handling;
The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in U.S. dollars.
All orders are generally shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Within the US, we offer one flat rate for shipping all items placed in each order.
Orders are shipped by USPS with delivery tracking information. For large value orders a signature may required at delivery.
We also ship internationally to most countries. International shipping charges are based on weight . We ship by USPS which provides a tracking number. Parcels to many countries can be tracked by this number - however to some countries it may not be possible to track it.
We may at our discretion split your order into 2 or more packages based on weight or bulk.
International buyers are responsible for all custom duties, VAT, excise taxes, and other fees within their home country.
V. Pricing or Typographical Errors
We work hard to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, GlamorandGlitter.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
VI. Quantity Limits and Items for Resale
GlamorandGlitter.com reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer e-mail and/or billing address provided should such limits be applied.

Additional terms relating to certain Products (such as prices, methods of payment, our policies with respect to returns, refunds, and cancellations and/or exchanges) will be posted on the Site on the pages describing the Products.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SITE AND THE MATERIALS CONTAINED HEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, GLAMORANDGLITTER, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES AND OTHER AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND OTHER REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY, "THE GLAMORANDGLITTER PARTIES") EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE GLAMORANDGLITTER PARTIES MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SITE WILL BE CORRECTED. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL. ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PURCHASED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE SUBJECT ONLY TO ANY APPLICABLE WARRANTIES OF THEIR RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURERS, DISTRIBUTORS AND/OR SUPPLIERS, IF ANY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLAMORANDGLITTER PARTIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED OR PURCHASED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, GLAMORANDGLITTER PARTIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, CLAIMS THAT ARE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR, PRODUCT MISUSE, ABUSE, PRODUCT MODIFICATION, IMPROPER PRODUCT SELECTION AND NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ANY PRINTED DIRECTIONS.
THE LIABILITY OF GLAMORANDGLITTER IS LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE OF LOST GOODS. GLAMORANDGLITTER IS ABSOLVED OF ANY OTHER LIABILITIES THAT MIGHT ARISE OUT OF PURCHASE OF GOODS FROM THIS WEBSITE. LIABILITY FOR NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS IS LIMITED TO PROVIDING PROOF OF SHIPMENT.

THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH HEREIN ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN GLAMORANDGLITTER AND YOU. THE PRODUCTS, INFORMATION AND SERVICES OFFERED ON AND THROUGH THE SITE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THE SOLE AND ENTIRE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE GLAMORANDGLITTER PARTIES FOR ANY REASON, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CAUSE OR CLAIM WHATSOEVER, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR ANY PRODUCT, INFORMATION OR SERVICE PURCHASED BY YOU FROM GLAMORANDGLITTER ON THIS SITE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIABILITY ARE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
